Which apps does it work for?
Any app on the App Store or Google Play with enough reviews to say something. We check before you pay; if an app has fewer than 100 reviews in the last year, we won't sell a report for it.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Checkout runs on Polar, which handles sales tax and sends you an invoice. Refunds go back the way you paid.
How many reviews do you read?
Per store, the last 12 months or the most recent 3,000 reviews, whichever comes first. Past about 3,000 reviews the ranking stops changing, so reading more only makes you wait. For very busy apps that can mean a few days of reviews; you see the exact period before you pay, and trend charts are left out when the period is too short to show one.
Why does the App Store cover a shorter period?
Apple only shares the most recent few hundred App Store reviews per country. Google Play goes back further. The report lists the period each store covers, and trends are measured within each store.
Is this an AI summary of my reviews?
No. Language models do the reading: a decision model classifies each review, and the list of issues is drafted from a sample of your reviews. But the report itself is counting. Every percentage is a count of classified reviews, and every quote is a real review.
What languages?
Reviews in any language are read, and quotes stay in the original. Reports are available in English and Turkish.
Do you need access to App Store Connect or Play Console?
No. Earful only uses reviews that are already public in the stores.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the report doesn't tell you anything you didn't already know, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
